Dr. Michael Megaly is an interventional cardiologist at Integris Health Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He specializes in complex percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), chronic total occlusion (CTO) PCI, high-risk PCI for patients who are not candidates for bypass surgery, complex peripheral artery disease, limb salvage, and catheter-based treatments of pulmonary embolism. Clinical Focus
Dr. Megaly's practice centers on complex coronary and peripheral disease that falls outside the scope of standard intervention: chronic total occlusions, heavily calcified and left main coronary disease, high-risk PCI with mechanical circulatory support for patients turned down for surgery, and below-the-knee and foot artery interventions for chronic limb-threatening ischemia.
